As we scale across industries such as finance, defense, and healthcare, we are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager who can lead brand awareness, digital engagement, and strategic messaging in a highly technical space.

QeM is committed to making advanced hardware and software security solutions more accessible for connected devices. Its technology is poised to address the growing cybersecurity demands across key sectors, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Blockchain Applications, Cloud-Based IT Security Infrastructure, Classified Government Networks, Secure Device Keying (IoT, Automotive, Consumer Electronics), and Quantum Cryptography.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing and Communications Manager with a solid foundation in technology and cybersecurity , coupled with creative storytelling and digital marketing expertise. In this role, you will own the external voice and internal narrative of Quantum eMotion, bridging cutting-edge tech with compelling messaging across digital platforms, media outlets, customers, and stakeholders.

You will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, R&D, and engineering to support the company’s growth, visibility, and strategic positioning in the quantum tech space.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and partnerships.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and direct channels.
  • Define key messaging for target verticals, with a focus on IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications .

Communications & Public Relations

  • Manage corporate communications , including press releases, investor updates, and executive messaging.
  • Serve as primary liaison for media relations, analysts, and PR agencies .
  • Ensure clear, consistent internal communications that align teams around company vision, strategy, and news.
  • Craft and maintain crisis communication protocols and messaging .

    • Digital & Social Media Engagement

  • Own Quantum eMotion’s social media strategy , growing brand presence on , X / Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Create engaging digital content — posts, thought leadership, videos, infographics — that speak to technical and business audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and visibility.

    • Content Development & Branding

  • Oversee creation of marketing and communication assets , including white papers, datasheets, case studies, pitch decks, and website content.
  • Maintain a cohesive and forward-looking brand identity and messaging framework .
  • Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives , including speaker opportunities, blogs, and webinars.

    • Sales & Product Alignment

  • Collaborate with Sales to support lead generation and provide targeted messaging tools.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to translate complex features into customer-friendly value propositions .
  • Support technical documentation review and customer-facing messaging.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles in technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and technical messaging.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills — capable of speaking to both executive and technical audiences.
  • Experience managing external agencies (PR, creative, digital).

    • Preferred Skills

  • Background in quantum technologies , cybersecurity, encryption, or IT systems is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or SEM platforms .
  • Ability to communicate complex technology in a clear and accessible way.
  • Familiarity with investor relations communications is a bonus.
