Responsibilities :
- Design the layouts and wiring diagrams for electrical systems.
- Meet with Clients, Engineers and Project Managers to determine the project requirements, create electrical diagrams and technical specifications, and calculate the amount of materials and equipment needed for an electrical installation.
- Conduct site studies to determine power needs and functional requirements.
- Create technical wiring and power layout diagrams and specifications sheets.
- Generate technical specification documents, installation guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure that the electrical plans meet all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Oversee the installation and construction of electrical equipment and systems.
- Resolve any electrical planning issues and developing effective solutions.
Successful candidates will have :
- 5-10 years of experience working with AutoCAD or CADworx.
- Small to mid sized EPC experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work on site.
