Position Overview

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced tradesperson who can think on their feet and deliver professional results. You’ll work on a variety of projects—repairs, renovations, and small builds—across well‑maintained commercial and residential properties. Every day is different, and your work will have visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete framing, finishing, drywall, flooring, and millwork repairs and installations
• Maintain and repair doors, walls, ceilings, and other structural components
• Read and interpret drawings or work orders to plan and execute jobs accurately
• Identify site issues, recommend solutions, and complete work efficiently and safely
• Keep accurate records, ensure high‑quality finishes, and maintain organized work areas
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for urgent service requests
