Your new role

You will oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to design documentation, coordinating with teams during different project phases, and mentoring staff. Your role includes attending site meetings, reviewing construction schedules, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field
• OAA license in good standing
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, and familiarity with CA-related software like RForm
• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC), with experience in other provinces being an asset
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and methodology
• Excellentmunication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• A G Class Driver’s License and the ability to pass security clearance checks
