Job description

Type of position : FulltimeHourly rate / Salary : $130k-$145k / yearLocation : North York, ON (ONSITE)Travel Requirements : 10–20% Your New RoleAs the Workforce DATA Analytics Manager, you will leverage deep expertise in data sciences and data engineering to drive efficiency, optimize operational performance, and elevate decision‑making across the organization. With strong storytelling capabilities, you will present and translateplex insights to senior leaders. You will also play a critical role in mentoring and developing a high‑performing analytics team, fostering innovation, and advancing strategic workforce initiatives.Data Strategy and Execution

Drive the development of advanced analytics to optimize workforce operations.
Implement modern data engineering practices to streamline data workflows.
Build dashboards that visualize operational performance and key business metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement andmunication

Present data-driven rmendations to senior leadership in apelling, easy-to-understand format.

Lead workshops thatmunicate data insights, strategy, and opportunities for improvement.

Talent Development

Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering an innovative, growth-oriented team culture.

Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear developmental goals.

Organize team‑building initiatives to enhance collaboration and engagement.

Innovation and Efficiency

Identify and integrate new technology stacks to enhance data processing and analytical capabilities.

Evaluate and incorporate predictive analytics models into operational workflows.

Stay current with industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of workforce analytics.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

The ideal leader brings strong business insight, sound decision quality, and the ability to plan, align, and drive accountability while maintaining a high level of savvy and customer focus. They build trust, develop talent,municate effectively, and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

Expertise in data sciences and statistical analysis

Proficiency in data engineering and modern data stacks

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science,puter Science, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
