Type of position : FulltimeHourly rate / Salary : $130k-$145k / yearLocation : North York, ON (ONSITE)Travel Requirements : 10–20% Your New RoleAs the Workforce DATA Analytics Manager, you will leverage deep expertise in data sciences and data engineering to drive efficiency, optimize operational performance, and elevate decision‑making across the organization. With strong storytelling capabilities, you will present and translateplex insights to senior leaders. You will also play a critical role in mentoring and developing a high‑performing analytics team, fostering innovation, and advancing strategic workforce initiatives.Data Strategy and Execution

  • Drive the development of advanced analytics to optimize workforce operations.
  • Implement modern data engineering practices to streamline data workflows.
  • Build dashboards that visualize operational performance and key business metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement andmunication

  • Present data-driven rmendations to senior leadership in apelling, easy-to-understand format.
