SCM Administrator

WestCorp Solutions is seeking an experienced SCM Administrator to support our Client’s supply chain coordination and event readiness activities for an upcoming project. This role will provide end-to-end Supply Chain Management support to Regional Turnaround and BUPC stakeholders, ensuring materials, services, and SCM deliverables meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Location : Calgary, Alberta (office-based)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Contract Length : ~4 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent the SCM function to Regional Turnaround and BUPC stakeholders.
• Ensure all SCM event deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with Suppliers, Procurement, and Materials Services to ensure timely availability of materials and services for Execution and Construction.
• Work with SCM and Turnaround / BUPC teams to develop alternative solutions when on-time delivery is at risk.
• Steward SCM performance reporting to Business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage SCM risks specific to event execution.
• Support and drive strategies and initiatives to enhance SCM service levels, efficiency, and value delivery.
• Assist Business stakeholders in developing longer-term demand plans to support Category Management, MSP Strategy, and Commercial planning.
• Champion the Manage Goods & Services processes within the organization.
