The Opportunity

We are looking for an  Experienced Sales Representative  to join our founding go-to-market team. This is a role where you will  help write the playbook , own the full sales cycle, and shape how SocialSweep goes to market.

The ideal candidate :

  • Will use the product daily to find and connect with prospects

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle : discovery calls, demos, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting, social selling, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic networking
  • Clearly articulate SocialSweep’s value vs. alternatives like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
  • Gather customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Maintain pipeline in CRM and provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts
  • Identify and build relationships with potential channel partners and strategic allies
  • Ensure smooth transition from sale to onboarding with customer success to drive adoption and retention
  • What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding quota
  • Experience at early-stage or high-growth startups preferred
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler)
  • Strong understanding of social media, professional networking, and relationship management challenges
  • Comfortable discussing AI and technology at a conversational level
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft)
  • Builder mentality : energized by creating processes from scratch, testing new approaches, and taking ownership in ambiguity
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience selling into recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
  • Experience with networking / community / relationship management tools
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
