The Opportunity
We are looking for an Experienced Sales Representative to join our founding go-to-market team. This is a role where you will help write the playbook , own the full sales cycle, and shape how SocialSweep goes to market.

What You Will Do
Own the full sales cycle : discovery calls, demos, proposals, negotiation, and contract executionIdentify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting, social selling, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic networkingClearly articulate SocialSweep’s value vs. alternatives like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM toolsGather customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to inform product and marketing decisionsMaintain pipeline in CRM and provide accurate weekly and monthly forecastsIdentify and build relationships with potential channel partners and strategic alliesEnsure smooth transition from sale to onboarding with customer success to drive adoption and retentionWhat We Are Looking For
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding quotaExperience at early-stage or high-growth startups preferredProficiency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler)Strong understanding of social media, professional networking, and relationship management challengesComfortable discussing AI and technology at a conversational levelExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft)Builder mentality : energized by creating processes from scratch, testing new approaches, and taking ownership in ambiguityNice-to-Haves :
Experience selling into recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisitionExperience with networking / community / relationship management toolsFamiliarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategiesLarge, active professional networkWhy SocialSweep
