Job Title : MS Dynamics Developer with CRM Experience
Location : Calgary, AB (Remote)
Mode : Contract
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Customize and configure CRM forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and web resources.
- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
