Daily Responsibilities :

ESS is a client facing team who manages clients’ inquiries received via email and telephone. Our focus is managing corporate actions, income and proxy inquiries.

As well, we assist our clients and our internal teams with managing special requests and develop solutions to enhance our clients’ experience.

Must have skills :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of all Entitlement events. Including Voluntary, Mandatory, Income, Maturities, Proxy and Class Action events.
  • In-depth understanding of technical aspects of SWIFT messaging and taxation as it affects Entitlements.
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of the risk associated with Entitlements.
  • Must have basic understanding of both global and local market practices impacting Entitlement events and to be able to articulate these to internal and external clients.
  • Display an understanding of managing basic difficult client interactions.
