Programmatic company - Marketing Director

The Opportunity :

We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing leader to join our dynamic team as the Director of Marketing, focusing on our programmatic offerings.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy, elevating our brand presence, and ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

This position will report directly to the CRO and will be a key member of the leadership team.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company's programmatic business, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and ad operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Create compelling value propositions and develop differentiated positioning for the company's programmatic solutions.

Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate demand, and support the sales pipeline.

Utilize a data-driven approach to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and potential partners to enhance the company's reputation and reach.

Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain innovative and ahead of the curve.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, build relationships, and showcase our programmatic expertise.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in marketing within the programmatic advertising industry.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven business growth.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.

Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and leveraging insights to inform marketing decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

Proficiency in data analysis and a data-driven mindset, utilizing metrics to optimize marketing campaigns.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Creative and innovative thinking, with a track record of developing differentiated positioning and messaging.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
