Intent of the process

The purpose of this announcement is to create and maintain a directory of candidates by accepting resumes on an ongoing basis.

Applications will be drawn from this pool on a regular basis to meet immediate needs.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives

Notes :

The employer-approved alternatives to two years of secondary school are :

A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to two years of secondary school; or

An acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.

Experience :

Experience to work with a computer and use various software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Asset Experiences :

Experience working with EXCEL software such as (but not limited to) : creating tables, using formulas, using cell formats.

Experience in dactilography.

Experience in digital operations (high volume digitizer).

Experience in a production environment.

Experience working in a warehouse.

Experience performing administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) : accounting, managing supplies, organizing inventories.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

The incumbent could be required to work overtime, often on short notice

A forklift certification (does not apply to all positions)

Be able and willing to lift and handle loads of up to 23 kg and occasionally exceed this weight (does not apply to all positions)

Incumbent may be required to work standing for long hours.

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance

The incumbent could be required to work shifts on a rotational basis (day, evening, night, weekend)*

A valid drivers license*
