Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Complete equipment changeovers per standard procedures
Record maintenance and repairs in CMMS
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
Follow all health, safety, and company policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work independently and as part of a team
Participate in ISO / TS16949 and ISO 14001 activities
Available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Qualifications
433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License – required
Automotive manufacturing experience
Strong English communication skills
Valid G Driver's License
Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, welding, and machining work
Basic industrial electrical knowledge
Proven troubleshooting ability
Working at heights and manlift / boom training preferred
Knowledge of workplace safety and hazardous materials procedures
Compensation & Benefits
$38.63 – $40.05 per hour (per Collective Bargaining Agreement)
