Job Description :

The Manager, Data Engineering is a hands‑on leader responsible for overseeing Central 1’s data ecosystem. This role manages the operation and performance of three key functions : Database Management, Corporate Business Intelligence, and the newly established Data Engineering Practice.

The Manager leads the design and implementation of Central 1’s modern data platform using Microsoft Fabric, while ensuring the stability and performance of existing database systems and BI reporting tools. The leader is responsible for bridging the gap between technical data implementation and business requirements, ensuring data quality and availability for internal stakeholders.

Salary range : $120,000-$130,000

The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training.
