Key Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments following IPAC / CSA standards

Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners)

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sterilization monitoring and documentation

Maintain a clean, organized sterilization area

Restock operatories with required instruments and materials

Manage sterilization inventory and report shortages

Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols

Assist the clinical team with room turnover and setup

Support overall clinic flow and efficiency

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dental clinic or sterilization role is an asset

Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols preferred

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player

Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic processes
