February 23, 2026 and not to extend beyond June 26, 2026 Mandatory Requirements : Two-year post-secondary diploma in a relevant field such as Developmental Service Worker, Youth Worker, Early Childhood Education, or Practical Nursing (formerly RNA diploma). Experience working with students with multiple needs including physical needs, Autism, developmental delays, behavior, and anger management needs. Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience working with children with behavior exceptionalities. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Working knowledge and experience of behavior modification strategies. Knowledge of augmentative communication strategies. Experience using technology and digital tools and resources that support the remote learning environment (e.g., Google Classroom, Google Meet) Excellent interpersonal skills; and Good written and oral communication skills. Preferred Requirements : Non-violent crisis intervention training would be an asset French language skills would be considered an asset First Aid training This job posting is for an existing position vacancy.
