Key Responsibilities
Own and oversee all aspects of Troika’s brand identity while developing strategy to expand its usage in the marketplace, ensuring consistent use of logos, colour palettes, typography and messaging across all internal and external materials.Support the department leader in facilitating the continued evolution of Troika’s story and brand architecture, ensuring brand alignment across Troika’s associated product offerings and divisions.Develop and lead internal brand training initiatives and champion internal brand adoption across all departments and projects.Create and execute the Troika brand’s 360‑degree marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to expand the brand’s visibility in targeted markets and building awareness for corporate initiatives.Manage design and creative development for all corporate marketing collateral, signage, print materials, presentations, and advertising.Partner with vendors to ideate and execute large‑format creative projects and develop evergreen assets necessary for project‑ and corporate‑based marketing efforts.Maintain and continually expand the corporate and project‑based content libraries.Lead departmental workflow meetings to ensure cross‑functionality between brand and all deliverables.Own all content calendars (e‑blasts, social media, blogs, etc.) to align public‑facing deliverables with the overarching strategy.Support the corporate reputation and community engagement initiatives through brand‑aligned event materials, award submissions, and sponsorships / partnerships.Draft and distribute press releases and manage media relationships.Collaborate with HR and leadership on branded internal communications and culture materials.Serve as a key contributor to driving the Gold Standard customer experience and the overall brand experience strategy.Work with department members to report on the impact of marketing and brand initiatives and KPIs.Qualifications
5+ years in marketing or brand management (real estate or agency experience is an asset but not required).University degree in business / commerce, marketing, communications or other appropriate field; alternatively, accredited training in a creative arts discipline.Portfolio or other demonstrated experience in developing and producing large‑scale assets in line with brand guidelines.Strong design sensibilities, proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.Familiarity with project management software such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, or Monday, with a demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and budgets.Ability to balance creative excellence with brand consistency and operational deadlines / budgets.Compensation
Salary Range : $75,000 – $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
