Job Title : Bilingual (French / English) Recruiting Operations Coordinator

Location : Canada-Remote

Job Description :

As a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by supporting our account managers and recruiting managers with various administrative and candidate-facing tasks.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding, managing timesheets, coordinating payments, and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

Onboarding Support :

  • Assist account managers and recruiting managers in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to collect necessary documentation and ensure all onboarding procedures are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide new employees with essential information and resources to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Timesheet and Payroll Management :

  • Track and manage employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure that payments are processed accurately and on schedule.
  • Resolve any timesheet or payment-related issues in collaboration with the relevant teams.

Candidate Engagement and Coordination :

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Bilingual Communication :

  • Communicate effectively in both French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Translate documents and communication materials as needed.
  • Support French-speaking candidates and employees with any language-specific needs.

Qualifications :

  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with recruitment software is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
