Job Description :
As a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by supporting our account managers and recruiting managers with various administrative and candidate-facing tasks.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding, managing timesheets, coordinating payments, and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboarding Support :
- Assist account managers and recruiting managers in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to collect necessary documentation and ensure all onboarding procedures are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide new employees with essential information and resources to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Timesheet and Payroll Management :
- Track and manage employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure that payments are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Resolve any timesheet or payment-related issues in collaboration with the relevant teams.
Candidate Engagement and Coordination :
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Bilingual Communication :
- Communicate effectively in both French and English, both written and verbal.
- Translate documents and communication materials as needed.
- Support French-speaking candidates and employees with any language-specific needs.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with recruitment software is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
