Accounts Receivable Clerk

Are you the type who doesn’t back down when money’s on the line? Avis Budget Group is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk with the drive, grit, and confidence to keep our books tight and our cash flow strong. If you’ve got a nose for detail, a sharp eye on deadlines, and a bulldog attitude toward collections, we want you on our team.

Pay rate : $22 / hr.

What You’ll Do :

• Own the AR process from invoicing to collections — no dropped balls.
• Pull and send daily reports, invoices, and client statements.
• Post, verify, and record payments (EFTs, cheques, credit cards, etc.) accurately and on time.
• Keep dealership accounts up to date — Edmonton, Saskatoon, and area.
• Stay on top of aging reports, chargebacks, write-offs, and reconciliations.
• Access SGI portal for remittance processing and confirmations.
• Manage credit applications, adjustments, and account clean-ups.
• Provide general admin support to the Projects Team as needed.
