Weare seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Book keeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this position youwill play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations andensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

The ideal candidatewill have excellent communication skills strong attention to detailand the ability to multitaskeffectively.

Duties :

Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone callsmanaging emails and maintaining officesupplies

Assist with accountsreceivable and accounts payableprocesses

Utilize accounting software(such as QuickBooks ) to manage financialtransactions

Conduct bankreconciliations and ensure accuracy of financialrecords

Assist with payrollprocessing and maintain employeerecords

Perform accountreconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve anydiscrepancies

Other duties asassigned

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similarrole

Proficiency in accountingsoftware (such as QuickBooks)

Strongknowledge of accounts receivable accounts payable and bankreconciliation processes

Excellentorganizational skills and the ability to prioritize taskseffectively

Attention to detail andhigh level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping

Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal

Ability towork independently with minimalsupervision

Familiarity withbudgeting processes is a plus
