Personal Lines RIBO Licensed Insurance Customer Service Rep
We are currently looking for a Personal Lines RIBO Licensed Insurance Customer Service Rep to join our team.If you are passionate about delivering unsurpassed service, an outstanding team player and thrive in a fast passed environment we would like to hear from you.
We are an established, diverse, friendly large brokerage. We are located in Markham, Ontario and are a 30 year old family owned insurance brokerage offering a competitive compensation and benefit package Note : The ability to speak Greek would be a bonus! but not mandatory.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Providing exceptional day to day customer service to clients answering client questions and addressing concerns
- Processing policy changes
- Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and underwriters
- Assist and provide support to producers when required
- Claims reporting on behalf of the client
- Renewal reviews and remarketing policies as required Qualifications :
- RIBO licensed with minimum 3 years Customer service experience within an insurance brokerage setting
- Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages
- Proficient in the use of Computers and Applications working knowledge of C.Q. and Power Brokers and Insurance company portals
- A team player with a sound work ethicExcellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Note : The ability to speak Greek would be a bonus!
