We have partnered with our globally recognized automotive client in looking for their next Deals Administrator in Mississauga.

The successful candidate would play a key role within a dealership setting!

Position : Deals Administrator

Employment Type : Full Time Permanent

Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm

Location : Mississauga, ON.

Salary : $50,000

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Processing new, used and wholesale deals including the review of sales programs for our Ontario dealerships.
• Oversight of vehicle purchases
• Liaising with manufacturers and sending appropriate documentation
• Calculating commissions
• Ensuring the proper treatment of taxes (HST and PST)
• Submission of contracts
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience with posting automotive deals.
• Knowledge of PBS system would be an asset.
• Be organized and professional.
• Have good teamwork skills.
