Quality assurance technician
Mission WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU Reporting to the Quality Manager, your main task will be to manage quality processes within the company.
In short, here's what you'll be doing with your time : Prepare and / or receive part non-conformance reports and report problems or defects in parts to supervisors and machine operators.
Manage non-conformances with suppliers' representatives (raw materials and subcontractors) and with our customers' representatives (our finished products) Coordinate the management of non-conformity reports, ensuring follow-up and entry into the computer system Follow-up on corrective actions Manage requests for deviations Advise production team on quality requirements and customer needs Manage the recording and maintenance of inspection files Inspect parts according to methods and instructions prescribed in procedures or work instructions Manage quarantine Manage the drawing change process Maintain and conduct internal audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance Occasionally support the calibration process for measuring instruments Perform all other related tasks.
Profile WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Job-relevant training and / or experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English at an intermediate level, given that some customers and suppliers are English-speaking.
