As a Senior Engineer specializing in municipal and land development engineering , you’ll collaborate with brilliant minds and contribute to high-profile projects that shape communities across Alberta and beyond. This role is available in our Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, or Red Deer offices. You’ll work on projects ranging from small-scale developments to major infrastructure initiatives, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior professionals while engaging directly with clients and approval agencies.

Your Impact

• Deliver innovative engineering solutions for municipal infrastructure systems, including water supply, sewage collection, stormwater management, and transportation networks.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure quality assurance across drawings, reports, and design documents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural elements into cohesive designs.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and technologists throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to construction support.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain strong relationships.
• Champion sustainable and innovative approaches that enhance community resilience and environmental stewardship.
