Quality Manager

Overview

Hartmann Canada Inc, in Brantford, Ontario, is a division of Hartmann North America. We are the world leader of moulded fibre egg cartons. The demand for moulded fibre and environmentally sustainable products is rapidly increasing. Hartmann has committed and invested in this area to meet the growing demand of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer expectations and needs of our product and our capabilities.
• Manage quality complaints and concerns from customers.
• Develop quality control and assurance processes and specifications.
• Identify, investigate, and eliminate product quality issues.
• Ensure all materials, processes, and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Provide coaching and training to other employees regarding quality issues and changes.
