Spare Bus Driver

Position

Spare School Bus Driver – day to day basis, replacement for permanent full‑time drivers.

Location

Edson, Lobstick, Grande Cache and Hinton Zones.

Start Date

Commence immediately. Training courses are offered each month for those who require it.

Summary

Safely transporting students to and from school. Part‑time hours, free Class 2 training, summers, weekends and holidays off, parents may take their pre‑school child to work with them, opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
• Physical ability to perform required duties and pass a functional assessment

The Division

Grande Yellowhead Public School Division stretches from Jasper National Park, east to Evansburg, south of Cadomin, and northwest to Grande Cache. The jurisdiction includes 17 schools, 5 Learning Connection Centres, approximately 5,000 students and 600 staff. The Division is governed by seven elected Trustees.
