About the Role

Stay open Monday to Friday, serve as the front‑desk receptionist, handle pre‑testing duties, and be the first point of contact for patients in a fast‑paced clinic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter the clinic.
• Checking patients in and out of the office.
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email.
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing and payments.
• Administering pre‑testing services.
• Upholding excellent customer‑service standards.

Compensation

Expected hourly rate is $20 per hour based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Base pay is one component of our overall Total Rewards offering.
