As the leader of the Data Insights & Analytics Team
You will play a vital role in leveraging data to inform customer insights, optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic decision-making.
You will advance the data analytics practice by leading a team of data professionals and through ongoing collaboration with data and business leaders across the organization to develop innovative, value-based solutions for customers.
This important role exists within the Customer & Grid Intelligence team :
Key elements of this role include : As the Manager, Data Insights & Analytics (Customer & Grid), you will be accountable to deliver value through data.
You will have the opportunity to :
- Lead a team of data analytics specialists to create analytics products to support the customer & grid management business functions.
- Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with leaders from a variety of business domains including customer service, engineering, operations, asset management, and IT.
- Maintain visibility and alignment of analytics work across business domains to effectively prioritize use cases and allocate resources to support strategic objectives.
- Manage external product and service providers in the delivery and ongoing support of analytics solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and identify opportunities to apply them to enhance processes and products.
- Champion the value of analytics to educate and influence the development of analytics skills across the organization.
