Job Summary

Supervises and oversees the operations of contractdrilling or workover rigs working for This Company engaged incarrying out programmed work.

Responsibilities :

• Supervises and oversees all operationsperformed on This Company wells.
• Makesrecommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusualsituations are encountered.
• Coordinatesdeliveries of materials to the well to ensure availability whenrequired.
• Ensures that contractors meet allrequirements of their contracts.
• Collaborateswith Drilling and Workover engineers to ensure modern drillingpractices are followed.
• Approves contractordaily tour reports.
• Ensures that contractorrig and equipment are properly maintained to avoiddowntime.
• Performs other miscellaneous dutiesas directed by the Superintendent.
• Ensuresthat This Company Blowout Prevention Standards are met in allrespects including equipment configuration testing and crewresponse.

Assures rig and personnel compliance with This Companyestablished safety standards and procedures.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Completion of ITC : English ERW; Math MI.
• Thirteen (13) years ofrelevant experience in drilling and workover operations includingsupervisory experience typically acquired through progression on adrilling or workover rig.
• Bachelors degree inEngineering.
• Seven (7) years of experienceworking in drilling and workover operations including sufficientsupervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
• Willingness to reside in remote areas in mobilecamps.
