Customer Service Representative

Position Type : Full-Time Hours / Entry-Level / On-site

Start Date : As soon as possible; we need candidates that are available to start within the next 2 weeks due to client demand

We’re actively growing our Customer Service team, and are looking for 2-3 additional Customer Service Representatives to join us so we can support our clients in more locations during a busy time of year.

Responsibilities :

While on-site, you’ll be supporting a specific brand, helping to enhance its image, improve its reputation, and acquire new customers.

Some of your main tasks will include :

  • Representing a brand to its customers with integrity & enthusiasm
  • Offering customer service assistance to existing / potential customers
  • Striking up conversations with local shoppers to pre-qualify them
  • Offering advice to consumers and answering their questions
  • Pitching a product or service to interested and qualified people
  • Using examples to relate to people and overcome objections
  • Completing a handful of sales transactions for interested buyers
  • Collecting information and reporting back statistics and results
  • Reviewing each day and brainstorming ways to improve results

Pay :

We offer a competitive weekly wage plus additional compensation for each completed transaction and for achieving certain targets.

Specific details will be provided during interviews, but average first-year earnings are $37,500-42,500 with top performers taking home $55k+.

Training & Advancement :

If selected, you’ll be trained by the CEO and leadership team on an ongoing basis plus you’ll have on-site support available to help you learn and expand your comfort zone.

In this position, you’ll be learning and applying basic customer service, sales, marketing, and account management techniques.

People that produce consistent results will have the chance to progress and further their careers in areas like client relations, recruitment, or management.

Interview process : Interviews will be conducted via zoom initially however as this is an in person role, all shortlisted candidates will be required to commute to the office in Vancouver.
