Financial Analyst / Senior Analyst
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Director of finance, the financial analyst / senior financial analyst will be responsible for :
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
- Conduct complex financial analyses, such as scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.
- Prepare key materials for capital raises, including financing requests and investment documents.
- Gather inputs and assumptions for development proforma from different departments.
- Perform market research and assist with updating and maintaining development budgets, including variance analysis.
- Create and maintain multi-year cash forecasts and return metrics for ongoing development projects.
- Work on additional special projects and ad hoc tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience working as a financial analyst.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Pursuing or designated CPA / CFA
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary : $90,000 to $120,000
- 3 weeks vacation
