People Store Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a General Labourer for our client in Ridgetown, Ontario

Shifts

Afternoons 2 : 30pm to 11 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $18.40 / hr

Requirements :

• Experience in manufacturing is an aset
• Proven track record of positive attendance
• CSA safety boots or shoes
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Your own transportation as there is not bus accesible

Job Duties :

• Machine operation (stamping)
• Makes automotive breaks
• Light parts 15lbs - 21lbs
• General Labour work
• Cleaning to 5S standards
• Sorting and inspecting automotive parts, deburing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete work assignments with accuracy, sense of urgency, and in a safe manner in accordance with established standards, and all applicable Regulations / Legislation

With the encouragement of a close friend and already successful entrepreneur, Frank Cianciulli, John decided to go it alone and create a new kind of recruiting firm.

In 2003, John designed his business plan and started the business from his kitchen table. With just an idea, a dream and a ton of ambition, John started one of the most successful staffing companies to ever reach the Canadian market.
