Vos responsabilités
- Accueillir et procéder à l’enregistrement des clients à la réception de l’hôtel et à l’accueil du SPA;
- Conseiller les produits, services et activités pour maximiser l’expérience du client;
- Utiliser les différents logiciels reliés à la vente des forfaits, des activités et des soins du SPA;
- Veiller au confort et à la satisfaction des clients;
- Répondre aux demandes de la clientèle;
- Effectuer un suivi permanent au niveau de la facturation;
- Effectuer les transactions avec les clients.
Exigences du poste
- Aptitudes en communication et en ventes;
- Connaissances de l’informatique;
- Présentation soignée;
- Capable de travailler debout durant de longues heures.
Qualités requises
- Bon sens des communications, entregent, tact et diplomatie ;
- Sens des responsabilités ;
- Souci de service à la clientèle.
