Server – Earls Kitchen + Bar

Location : Liberty Village, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada

Base pay : CA$17.60 / hr (part-time) – pay may vary based on skills and experience. Compensation may include flexible scheduling, employee discount, mentorship programs, leadership training, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests. Anticipate and deliver on guests’ needs with multi‑tasking skills.
• Create authentic connections in every interaction, elevating the guest experience with engaging conversations.
• Be a problem solver and supportive team player, tackling problems with communication skills and empowered decision‑making.
• Demonstrate passion for the guest experience, displaying love for food and drink through menu and product knowledge.
• Adapt to any situation with ease, using organizational skills and commitment to the guest experience.
