What You’ll Do :
Provide leadership, support, and development to a production team of up to 115 employees, including supervisors and unionized staff.Support the Site General Manager in driving safety, quality, and production excellence.Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless plant operations.Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Deliver on operational KPIs through effective decision-making.Promote continuous improvement through clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.Build and develop diverse teams and foster an inclusive culture.What You’ll Bring :
