Callow & Associates (www.callow.ca) is a Microsoft Dynamics consultancy located in Calgary, Alberta. We partner with our clients to improve their business processes by providing Microsoft Dynamics enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to address their payroll, financial accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, job costing, and field service needs.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, with an emphasis on payroll and accounting configuration, compliance, and deployment, while also supporting and enhancing existing systems.
You will work as part of a team that is experiencing rapid growth and is at the forefront of new opportunities within our business. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central including the payroll module;
- Providing Payroll legislation support;
- Conducting and participating in client requirements gathering sessions;
- Performing software configuration and data migration;
- Providing user training; and
- Creating and modifying reports to meet client needs.
Qualifications
3 - 5+ years of payroll management experience with full‑cycle payroll processing;1 to 3 years of accounting experience;Knowledge of payroll legislation; accounting principles, and business processes;Strong Excel skills; andExcellent written and spoken English skills.Preferred Experience
PCP, CPM, or PLP payroll designation;System integrations, and / or cloud technologies;Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and / or Microsoft Dynamics GP; andReport writing tools such as Solver, SSRS, Popdock, and / or Jet Reports.Key Skills
