Director of Development Fraser Valley

About the Opportunity :

As Director of Development, you will play a critical role in leading the entire development lifecycle, from project inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee all phases of development, from land acquisition to project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and finance.
  • Drive project strategies to ensure timelines and budgets are met while delivering high-quality results.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including municipal bodies, consultants, and investors.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of the company by identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership experience in real estate development, ideally with a focus on large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of the development process in BC, including regulatory and approval processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
