Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for identifying and analyzing gaps in company processes, policies, tools, and templates, and develops and implements streamlined, structured processes designed to improve overall efficiency, enhance tracking, and foster better communication across teams and departments.
Responsibilities
Reports
- KPI’s – Create individual reports for each location for the past quarter. Sales, Voids, Rankings and would like to include Food Cost
- Monthly Reports – YoY Monthly Comparison, MoM Comparison and 3 Month Rolling Average provided to BDC’s for insights on their stores
- Creating monthly comparisons of BDC territories
- Tiered Store comparisons for LPS
- Weekly Average Sales – Provided to all stores
- Monthly Newsletter – Find and highlight key sales day from historical data, provide LTO and upcoming programs, brand updates and upcoming locations. Communication between all departments for compiled document.
- Scheduling Calendar – Using past store sales create a monthly calendar highlighting any higher sales day owners should be aware of.
Customer Support
Responding to all general inquiries sent through websiteResponsible to filtering store specific requests through rules to owner and BDC. Reviewing for severely negative reviews to be flagged for immediate escalationGift Card Customer Support – Full knowledge of Data Candy back end to help trouble shoot and respond to customer issues.Website

Understand the innerworkings of each delivery service and their differences. Doordash is synced by province, and we have access to edit) Uber is a test menu that must be edited by us and requested to be copied to all locations from Uber staff. 5+ years of experience in operational development, preferably in the restaurant industry.Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Knowledge of adult learning principles and training technologies.Ability to travel as needed to different locations.Job Type : Full-time
