Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily output and quality targets Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic root cause analysis Train employees on production procedures, safety standards, and company policies Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce all safety requirements Lock and secure the facility at end of shift and collaborate with other departments as needed 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of workplace safety standards (OSHA knowledge an asset) Forklift experience or certification considered an asset Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work afternoon / evening hours independently
