2. Full-time availability is ideal

3. Customer service, retail or sales experience is recommended because you’ll be working directly with customers during the initial stages

4. A competitive nature, passion for sport, leadership traits and the ability to work well as part of a team are also helpful characteristics

5. Lastly, you’ll need to commute to our headquarters in Vancouver - This is also where the product-training workshops take place
