Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 yearly + benefits and RRSP Matching
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Our client in the real estate industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accounting team, reporting to the Assistant Controller. This is a great opportunity if you are wanting to work in a people-focused organization that values teamwork, integrity, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices, coding, and approvals
• Prepare vendor payments (cheques, EFTs, PADs, wires)
• Process employee expense reports
• Prepare and issue AR invoices
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and accounting data
• Assist with audits, bank deposits, and general accounting support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AP or accounting experience
• Post-secondary accounting courses/training
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Business Central & Concur experience an asset
• Data entry speed of minimum 55+ wpm
