Position Overview :

We are seeking an organized and motivated Community Health Representative to actively engage with potential clients and referral partners. This role requires a self-starter with prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage leads through face-to-face interactions. 90% of your time will be on the road in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Hope, while 10% will be in the Just Like Family Office In Chilliwack ensuring CRM software is up to date. The ideal candidate will be accountable, reliable, and proficient with CRM software like Monday.com

  • or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including occupational therapists, social workers, hospitals, care homes, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Represent Just Like Family at community events, networking to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Educate partners and potential clients on our home care services, clearly communicating how we can address their needs.
  • Conduct in-home assessments, create personalized care plans, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions, leads, and follow-up activities using Monday.com or other CRM software.
  • Stay accountable to targets and deadlines, providing regular updates to management.
  • Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales or face-to-face marketing, with a preference for healthcare industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Monday.com or other similar software (asset).
  • Proficient in using computer systems for tracking and documentation.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
