POSITION OVERVIEW – Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the position performs a variety of sewing quality control and conformance functions. These duties include but are not limited to reading specs and examining filter bags to ensure they meet Albarrie quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspects filter bags upon completion to ensure they meet Albarrie’s quality standards as per the engineer drawing.
• Folding and stacking filter bags on table.
• Identifying and utilizing the appropriate cell plates based on the engineer drawing.
• Repackaging repaired filter bags from customers as per specifications.
• Occasionally tapes boxes before they are filled, as needed.
• Completes order information by labeling boxes for shipping materials.
• Fills out quality control sheets for all specs.
• Maintains knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.
• Sewing experience is an asset.
