Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our client's health care team as a field-based scientific and clinical expert who builds strong, trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals across Canada. In this key role within the National Affairs team and you will provide high-quality scientific exchange, disease-state education, and product training to support informed, evidence-based treatment decisions. This position helps enhance healthcare provider understanding of aesthetic medicine, improve patient outcomes, and drive national and regional medical strategy through collaboration, education, and clinical support.

Scientific Engagement & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, clinical experts, medical societies, academic institutions, and relevant government contacts.Deliver accurate, balanced, and current scientific information aligned with the organization's therapeutic and product portfolios.Represent the brand at scientific conferences, national congresses, and regional medical meetings to support medical education and scientific visibility.Medical Education & Scientific Communication
Provide high-quality disease-state education and product training to healthcare providers, clinical staff, and internal teams.Utilize strong scientific storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex clinical data.Partner with Medical Advisors to design, support, and execute scientific symposia, speaker programs, and other medical education initiatives.Clinical & Research Support
Identify and engage scientific advocates for advisory boards, clinical trials, speaker bureaus, and educational activities.Support the review and follow-up of unsolicited investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and publication opportunities.Cross-Functional & Territory Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific alignment and medical accuracy in field activities.Train sales and business personnel on scientific topics to support compliant, consistent messaging.Develop and manage field-territory routing to meet the medical and educational needs of assigned regions.Maintain compliant documentation and complete all administrative tasks within required timelines.Compliance & Budget Management
Ensure all activities meet federal and provincial regulatory standards, including guidelines set by Health Canada (HC), PAAB, PMPRB, and other applicable frameworks.Manage territory budgets responsibly while maintaining a high standard of medical engagement.Qualifications :
Doctoral degree required ( MD, PharmD, or PhD ); Master's degree may be considered.Minimum 2 years of related experience in clinical practice, research, or a similar scientific field.Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or start-up environment preferred.Prior Medical Affairs or field-based experience is an asset but not mandatory.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and convey complex scientific information.Strong influence, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.Skilled at analyzing and presenting medical and scientific data to diverse audiences.Strong understanding of Health Canada , FDA cGMP , PAAB , Rx&D , PMPRB , and related regulatory frameworks.Expertise in scientific communication, clinical data interpretation, and public speaking.Solid understanding of pharmacology, pharmaceutical science, and statistical methods used in clinical research.Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
