What Youll Do :

Maintain appropriate inventory levels

Train all staff in exceptional customer service

Ensure customer satisfaction is carried out and resolve customer concerns and / or escalate to the next level of authority as appropriate

Follow inspection schedules for equipment and building

Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work evenings, weekend shifts as well as federal and civic holidays to ensure effective oversight of all segments of the business and communication with staff.
