Joining us now is a chance to be part of our transformation. Who we need Reporting to the Director of Product, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager.

You will collaborate across teams with developers and sales to understand our customers’ needs, our platform’s capabilities, and the speed at which we can deliver new features.

You will introduce and implement best practices, drive and optimize our processes, and ship high-quality, vetted solutions, making a measurable contribution to our success.

This is a hybrid opportunity, working Tuesdays and Thursdays on-site in our downtown Toronto office. Our headquarters are located within minutes of St.

We iterate until we are confident that we have designed features customers truly want and can use easily. You will play a key role in this end-to-end process, supported by our dedicated Product Management team.

How you will make an impact : Plan and execute the product strategy. You will manage and communicate the long-term vision for your dedicated value stream, setting clear, measurable metrics to track success.

By identifying key hypotheses, you will align deliverables with business and product objectives, refining the roadmap through iterative learning.

Lead. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the product roadmap from ideation and discovery through build and go-to-market.

By prioritizing effectively, you will ensure the team focuses on the most impactful user stories. Grow your knowledge. You will develop a deep understanding of your customers' needs through regular interviews, documenting core requirements and pain points.

Using these insights, you will drive prioritization and clearly communicate goals, trade-offs, and roadmap updates to the team and the business.

Continuous improvement. You will stay up-to-date on best practices, tools, and methodologies to keep your product skills sharp.

You will contribute to team efficiency and overall improvement by sharing knowledge and optimizing processes. What you bring : The experience.

You have a technical background and proven track record as a Product Manager, shipping features and products in an Agile environment.

You may have AdTech expertise or be well-versed in delivering SaaS products. You are passionate about product management and delivering user value through high-quality technology solutions.

You can engage customers and incorporate their core needs into product roadmapping. The ownership. You hold yourself highly accountable to the team, the organization, and the clients.

You have experience successfully leading cross-functional teams. You can influence without authority and build consensus.

The analytical mindset. You can process and synthesize information, planning for immediate, short-term, and long-term goals and deliverables.

You take a data-driven approach to product development and growth. You are goal-driven, prioritizing execution over perfection.

You emphasize the importance of evaluating what went well, what didn't, and what you have learned. The interpersonal skills.

You have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. You can adapt your messaging to suit your audience, translating complex technical concepts into accessible language.

You know how to ask probing, intelligent questions and present technical requirements as business needs. You have a genuine appreciation for diverse experiences and backgrounds.
