Job Description
This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the terminal in The Pas MB and the surrounding service area.
- The candidate must have extensive LTL experience, a previous management role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
- They must manage internal and external customer relationships and be focused on performance through KPI monitoring.
- They must be self-motivated and promote a safe and positive working environment.
- They must be able to work closely with customers and our sales team to grow the market in the area.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid and clear AZ license / Class 1
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-motivation and hands-on management skills
- Experience in transportation technology, handhelds, scanners, and other programs
- Strong focus on health and safety, team building, and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the terminal.
