Your new role

Hays Education, in partnership with local schools, is seeking exceptional Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our dedicated team across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

As an ECT, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a love of lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop a positive school ethos in line with the trust’s vision.
• Provide a visible presence to pupils, parents, carers, and staff.
• Promote a love of lifelong learning.
• Exhibit excellent organisational and social skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to build on success and manage change effectively.
• Showmitment to continuous improvement, promoting excellence for both staff and pupils.
• municate effectively, articulating a clear vision for the school and fostering positive relationships across the trust.

Requirements :

• Previous experience working with children in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• mitment to developing a positive learning environment.
• Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills.
• A valid DBS certificate on the update service (we can do the DBS application process on your behalf).
• Legal right to work in the UK.
