Your new role
Hays Education, in partnership with local schools, is seeking exceptional Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our dedicated team across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
As an ECT, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a love of lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a positive school ethos in line with the trust’s vision.
- Provide a visible presence to pupils, parents, carers, and staff.
- Promote a love of lifelong learning.
- Exhibit excellent organisational and social skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to build on success and manage change effectively.
- Showmitment to continuous improvement, promoting excellence for both staff and pupils.

Requirements :
- Previous experience working with children in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- mitment to developing a positive learning environment.
- Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills.
- A valid DBS certificate on the update service (we can do the DBS application process on your behalf).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
