Your Impact at PLATFORM
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software, including deploying new laptops and resolving technical issues.
- Deliver IT helpdesk support during standard business hours (MST), with occasional on-call or after-hours on-site assistance.
- Provide on-site IT support for the Calgary office and travel as needed to other Western Canada locations.
- Support office technology, including networking (Wi-Fi), meeting room AV systems, and printers.
- Safeguard data security and maintain system integrity, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team on troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, and other technology projects.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with broker management software, M365, and other accounts and services, and liaise with senior IT staff and vendors as required.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
Computer Science Degree or Network Administration DiplomaThree (3) years of IT support experience in a corporate settingExperience supporting Office 365 apps and cloud servicesAbility to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with non-technical staffStrong documentation and discovery skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
