Job Description :
The Renewal Analyst will support a regional team of Corporate Account Executives with clients over 50 lives (Sun Solutions) in maximizing renewal outcomes for SLF.
This is done by providing insights into the claim experience through obtaining data and analysis beyond what is included in the normal renewal package from underwriting and integrating information with any applicable current events in the client's environment.
What will you do :
- Assist the Account Executive in developing the renewal strategy and supporting rationale.
- Recommend to the Account Executive means of positioning renewal increases as proposed by underwriting.
- Investigate and analyze claim experience for trends that impact the renewal.
- Verify background renewal data and check for accuracy.
- Work in tandem with the group underwriting department.
What do you need to succeed :
- Post-secondary education and a minimum of 5 years of underwriting / technical experience.
- Able to work with various analysis rate tool software.
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
- CEBS or GBA designation is an asset.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
